Alrighty, last week I posted about an awesome website called Polyvore which I use to create outfits for my characters! Today I wanna talk about another great website that has helped my writing SO MUCH!
Realtime Board is an online whiteboard/pinboard type application and it is my little writing Heaven! I am a big planner. I love to see all my ideas spread out and easy to access and I was really finding it hard to keep a notebook for my story ‘Twisted Fates’ because I had so many ideas that connected or conflicted and having them all in a notebook didn’t make it easier to comprehend. So thank gosh I found this website.
Every idea I have, I stick up there. I write out quotes, descriptions, I have character profiles, family trees and the plots for the books all on this site. It’s all easy to use (especially with the new update) and because it’s online I can easily access it anywhere and I don’t have to be like ‘OMG I FORGOT MY NOTEBOOK’! Another awesome thing is that they just launched it on mobile browsers so you can use it on the go! You can easily add pictures or files and links, pretty much anything you need!
I can’t even recommend this site more! I swear by it, I recommend it to all my friends, even for simple school stuff, it’s just a fantastic website! If you’re a writer then definitely get involved with this because Realtime Board will save your sanity.
